Kelly has had a passion for dance since the young age of three. Starting at Dream Dance as a dancer, she has then progressed to be a teacher as well as the face of the Dream Dance office. Throughout her many years of teaching, she has taught Jazz, Kinder Dance, Pompom, Musical Theatre, Song and Dance, Acro, and her favourite, Hip Hop!
Through Kelly’s dance years, she has completed various ADAPT exams in Jazz. She also has received many scholarships and awards through competing solos. Competing over the years, Kelly has travelled to many destinations for dance. Her favourite was to the Contest of Champions in Disney (Florida) where she received 2nd overall for her senior jazz solo.
Outside of dance, Kelly is a facilitator at Confederation College. Completing her Developmental Services Diploma has taught her to understand all the differences in learning. Kelly is trained in First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, Safe Talk (suicide prevention), Good2Talk, Behaviour Management, Gender Identity and Gender Expression as well as LGBTQ 101.
Kelly is very passionate about shaping young minds and being creative in the studio!
